I’ve learned how to rebalance my hormones naturally and resolved my symptoms. All naturally. As in, no pills, powders, and potions!
Chances are your doctor probably never explained the major role of the digestive tract, sugar balance, the liver, toxic load, or food in re-balancing your hormones. Most doctors receive only a few hours of instruction on the subject of nutrition and no education at all on the critical role of the gut in your overall health.
